About Walk All Over Cancer

The Annual Walk All Over Cancer Walk-a-Thon is a 5K (3.6 miles) fundraiser.  This event strives to heighten public awareness and raise funds for our our scholarship program.  We have several regional and national sponsors.  The Walk All Over Cancer event is supported by current Los Angeles County and Los Angeles City officials.  The annual event includes education resources, health screenings, job vendors, vendor booths, therapists, recreational organizations, live local entertainment, free food, a children's creative  activity center, and fun for all ages!

Mission Of Walk All Over Cancer

Walk All Over Cancer Walk-a-thon event that reaches into the community to bring together neighbors, friends, co-workers, and families to celebrate those who have survived cancer and to remember those who have not.  Proceeds from the event are used to help youth that are affected by cancer.  We strive to give scholarships to some of these youth to help offset the costs of higher education, as well as educate them on the many resources available to them regarding cancer, research, counseling, and mentoring. With your support, One Child Our Village Foundation is able to  make a difference in the lives of those battling cancer, those who have survived cancer, and those that have a parent or close sibling with cancer. These generous donations allow us to assist these youth in obtaining a stable education.
